About Dr. Susanne M. Foulk
Dr. Susanne M. Foulk brings over 15 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, and higher education. She supports professionals, emerging leaders, and organizational decision-makers in navigating complex transitions, strengthening leadership capacity, and aligning professional direction with personal values.
Holding a Doctorate in Educational Psychology from the University of Southern California, her work integrates evidence-based coaching, reflective leadership practices, and trauma-informed approaches to support sustainable growth. She serves as Adjunct Faculty at USC’s Rossier School of Education, where she teaches leadership and organizational change.
Her work bridges academic insight, executive coaching practice, and community impact through her leadership of the ARISE mentoring initiatives.
